Coinflix provides a common account system for access to its services. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password and keeping your account secure. You must not share credentials or use another person's account without authorization.
Coinflix OTT, Coinflix Booking and Coinflix Distribution are separate services. Creating one Coinflix account does not automatically purchase, activate or subscribe you to a plan on another service. Each service may have its own plans, eligibility requirements, prices, features, payment rules and access controls.
Registration may require email verification by OTP and other information requested on the registration page. You agree that information submitted during registration is accurate and that you will update material changes where required.
Where a Coinflix service offers paid plans, tickets, products or other paid features, the applicable price and service-specific terms shown at checkout or purchase apply. A successful payment does not by itself grant access to a different Coinflix service.
Refunds, cancellations, ticket changes, booking charges and other transaction rules are governed by the applicable service-specific policy presented for that transaction.
Movie-ticket availability, show timings, seat availability, booking confirmation, cancellation and other theatre-related conditions may depend on the theatre, show, ticket inventory and the applicable booking rules. A booking is confirmed only when the Coinflix Booking system displays a confirmed booking/ticket status.
Where users can upload or publish content, they must have the necessary rights and permissions for that content. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited material. Coinflix may restrict or remove content where permitted by applicable law or its platform rules.
Distribution services may have separate onboarding, content, commercial, rights, payment and delivery requirements. Access to the Distribution platform does not automatically activate OTT or Booking services.
Any promotional reward, watch reward, referral benefit or similar incentive is subject to the applicable Coinflix reward policy and eligibility rules. Rewards are not guaranteed income, employment, investment returns or a promise of future earnings. Coinflix may apply verification, eligibility, fraud-prevention and policy controls.
Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where required for security, fraud prevention, violation of these terms, service-specific rules, applicable law, or protection of users and platform operations.
Coinflix branding, software, interface elements and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Coinflix services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party dependencies, network conditions or events outside reasonable control. Service availability is not guaranteed continuously.
Some features may involve theatres, payment providers, messaging/email providers, content owners or other third parties. Their applicable terms and policies may also apply to the relevant transaction or service.
Personal information is handled according to the Coinflix Privacy Policy. By using Coinflix, you acknowledge that the information necessary to operate the selected service may be processed as described there.
Coinflix may update these terms when necessary. The version displayed on the Coinflix website is the version applicable to future use, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be changed retrospectively.
Service notices, account notices and important transaction information may be provided through the Coinflix website, account interface, email or other supported communication channels.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
